We are looking for an experienced

Finishing Supervisor

to manage and oversee day-to-day finishing operations. The candidate should be able to handle manpower, achieve daily finishing targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage finishing department operations Allocate labour as per daily production plan Ensure timely completion of finishing, packing, and dispatch requirements Maintain quality standards and reduce defects Monitor daily production reports and submit updates to management Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams Maintain discipline and safety compliance on the shop floor

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Finishing Supervisor (Manufacturing/Production) Ability to handle manpower of 20-30 workers Knowledge of finishing processes, packing, and quality standards Strong communication and leadership skills Ready to work in shifts (Day/Night)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
