Ensure all stenter machine settings, including temperature, speed, and width, are correctly calibrated to meet fabric specifications.
Handle machine issues:
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems with the stenter machine to minimize downtime.
Manage chemical stock:
Track and maintain the inventory of dyes and finishing chemicals used in the process.
Quality control
Inspect fabric:
Verify that fabric meets quality standards for color consistency, width uniformity, and finish.
Conduct routine checks:
Perform regular checks on the stenter machine to ensure it is functioning correctly and producing quality output.
Address fabric defects:
Identify and respond to fabric defects such as uneven stretching, creasing, or spotting.
Utilize lab coordination:
Work with the lab and production teams to adjust formulas for color matching and achieving desired fabric finishes.
Team leadership and safety
