Job Opening-- Site Engineer (Civil)

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Project: Real Estate (Residential Building)

Salary : 20000 to 30000

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage finishing

works for our residential building project in Muzaffarpur . The candidate must have proven

experience in supervising labourers, ensuring quality finishing, preventing errors, and

delivering work within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and monitor all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling,

painting, false ceiling, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.

? Guide and manage labour teams to ensure error-free execution of finishing works.

? Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely completion.

? Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and report to the Project Manager.

? Ensure that finishing works are completed within deadlines without compromising

quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

? B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

? 2-4 years of proven site supervision experience in residential building finishing works.

? Strong knowledge of finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, painting, carpentry,

electrical, and plumbing fittings.

? Ability to manage labour teams effectively.

? Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,895.67 per month
