Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Department Supervision

Plan, organize, and supervise daily finishing and packing operations. Allocate work to finishing staff, check productivity, and maintain workflow. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.

Quality Control

Oversee garment finishing processes (thread cutting, ironing, spot cleaning, button fixing, etc.). Ensure proper folding, tagging, and packing as per buyer's requirements. Conduct inline and final quality checks to ensure defect-free shipment. Maintain quality audit records and take corrective actions when required.

Process Management

Monitor finishing and packing timelines to meet shipment deadlines. Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for style-wise packing instructions. Ensure correct labeling, carton markings, poly bagging, and assortment. Maintain 5S and safety standards in the finishing and packing area.

Team Management

Supervise finishing and packing staff, provide training, and ensure discipline. Motivate team to achieve daily targets and maintain productivity. Manage overtime planning when required to meet urgent orders.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of daily production, finishing, and packing output. Prepare reports on finished goods, rejections, and dispatch readiness. Report delays, quality concerns, or shortages to higher management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,174.05 - ₹40,000.00 per month
