Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end execution of
Hotel & Resort construction projects
Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants
Prepare & monitor project schedules, quality checks, and progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety, cost control, and quality standards
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, and MEP teams
Resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
B.E. Civil
(Must)
Experience:
Minimum
10 years
in building construction,
preferably in Hotel/Resort projects
Strong execution, coordination & team management skills
Ability to work under timelines and handle high?value projects independently
No bar for deserving candidates
