Finishing Manager with extensive experience in finishing works of Railway Terminal Buildings and M&C (Maintenance & Non-Traffic) buildings executed under EPC contracts. Proficient in managing and coordinating architectural and interior finishing works, including flooring, wall finishes, painting systems, joinery, glazing, and facade-related activities, in compliance with Indian Railways specifications, CPWD standards, and approved GFC drawings.
Possesses working knowledge of integrated building services, including electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, ELV coordination, and effective interface management with false ceiling systems and external/internal cladding works. Experienced in sequencing of finishing activities, quality control, safety compliance, snag-free handover, and coordination with multiple agencies to achieve timely completion of terminal and MNC buildings as per EPC requirements.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
