Finishing In-charge Job Responsibility

1. Supervision of Finishing Production Processes:

Process Oversight: Manage all finishing processes including trimming, checking, ironing, folding, and packing. Workflow Management: Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of finishing tasks.

2. Quality Control:

Inspection: Inspect finished garments for defects and ensure they meet the specified quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and maintain consistent quality throughout the finishing process.

3. Team Management:

Staff Supervision: Oversee the finishing team, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Training and Development: Train new employees on finishing techniques and ensure ongoing skill development for existing staff.

4. Coordination and Communication:

Internal Coordination: Work closely with production, quality control, and packing departments to ensure seamless operations. Communication with Client: Interact with clients to understand their quality requirements and address any issues related to finishing.

5. Process Improvements:

Efficiency Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Problem-Solving Idea: Address and resolve issues that arise during the finishing process promptly.

6. Inventory and Resource Management:

Material Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of finishing materials, such as threads, buttons, labels, and packaging supplies. Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources to avoid wastage and delays.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of finished products, including defects, rework, and wastage. Reporting: Generate reports on finishing activities, including productivity, quality metrics, and efficiency statistics.

8. Health and Safety:

Safety Protocols: Ensure that all finishing activities comply with health and safety regulations. Safe Environment: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety measures and conducting regular safety training.

9. Technical Proficiency:

Technical Skills: Have a strong understanding of garment finishing techniques and equipment. Troubleshooting: Address technical issues in the finishing process and implement effective solutions.

10. Customer Focus:

Quality Standards: Ensure that the finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

11. Scheduling and Planning:

Production Schedules: Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly finishing schedules to meet production targets. Time Management: Ensure timely completion of finishing tasks to meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
