Hiring: Finishing In-Charge - Garment Export Unit (Jaipur)

Key Requirements (include but not limited to):

Minimum

6 years of experience

in the garment export industry Expertise in

finishing

for high-quality woven garments Familiarity with standards for

Japan and other premium export markets

Strong understanding of

garment lifecycle

: stitching, cutting, pattern, final QC Ability to

identify and resolve defects

proactively Skilled in

preparing structured reports

(daily, lot-wise, rework, readiness) Experience in

final presentation

: packing, folding, tagging as per buyer norms Capable of

managing floor teams

, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring discipline Must be

punctual, loyal, proactive

, and take full charge of the finishing process

Responsibilities:

Supervise all finishing operations from stitching handover to dispatch stage Ensure buyer-specific

presentation and packaging

requirements are met Maintain accurate, timely

finishing and quality records

Coordinate closely with QC, production, and dispatch teams to ensure flow Train finishing staff to improve efficiency and maintain export-grade standards Conduct final garment reviews to ensure defect-free deliveries
