Finishing Foreman - Civil

/ Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all

finishing works

such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, doors & windows, and external finishes. Ensure work is carried out as per

approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

. Coordinate with

civil, MEP, and interior teams

to avoid clashes and ensure smooth finishing works. Check

levels, alignment, surface finish, and workmanship quality

before handover. Monitor daily site activities and

guide masons, carpenters, painters, tile fixers, and helpers

. Ensure

materials are used efficiently

and report shortages or damage. Prepare

daily progress reports

and update the site engineer. Ensure timely completion of finishing works as per the

project schedule

Skills Required

Good knowledge of

civil finishing works

Ability to read

drawings and specifications

Leadership and labor handling skills Quality control and attention to detail Basic safety knowledge
Qualification & Experience

Diploma / ITI / Experience-based qualification in Civil 3-8 years of experience in building construction finishing works
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
