Job Description

Core Responsibilities

High-End Finish Execution:

Lead and supervise all interior and exterior finishing activities, including premium flooring (marble, Italian tiles, hardwood), specialized wall treatments (Venetian plaster, stone cladding), and designer false ceilings.

Drawing & Specification Adherence:

Interpret complex architectural and interior design drawings from

AutoCAD

to ensure on-site execution perfectly matches the design intent.

Quality Control (Zero-Defect Policy):

Conduct rigorous inspections, manage detailed

snag lists

, and oversee de-snagging processes to ensure a flawless final product for client handover.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management:

Coordinate with specialized fit-out contractors, carpenters, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of fixtures (smart home systems, rain showers, modular kitchens).

Material Management:

Oversee the procurement, quality validation, and inventory of premium finishing materials to minimize wastage and ensure they meet luxury standards.

Project Scheduling:

Prepare weekly and daily target schedules for finishing stages to ensure project milestones are met without compromising quality.

Required Technical Skills

Material Expertise:

Deep knowledge of materials (marbles, granite, specialized adhesives, sealants) and their specific installation techniques.

Software Proficiency:

Strong skills in

AutoCAD

for reading/marking drawings and

MS Excel

for progress reporting and BOQ verification.

Precision Tools:

Familiarity with high-precision leveling and measuring tools (e.g., Bosch Spirit Levels, laser levels) for ensuring perfect alignments in tiles and joinery.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Background:

Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience, specifically in

premium villa

projects.
