Review finishing drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Prepare and monitor finishing work schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
Verify required materials, tools, and manpower availability.
2. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise daily finishing activities such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, joinery, ceiling works, waterproofing, and facade finishes.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and QA/QC standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety on finishing work fronts.
Ensure timely rectification of site snags and finishing defects.
3. Quality Assurance & Control
Inspect and approve finishing works at every stage.
Conduct material inspections and verify quality before installation.
Monitor craftsmanship and ensure adherence to project quality benchmarks.
Prepare and maintain snag lists, supervise closure, and ensure zero-defect handover.
4. Contractor/Subcontractor Management
Manage finishing subcontractors and skilled workers.
Track progress and ensure resource productivity.
Review and certify subcontractor work completion and quantities.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation.
Report delays, challenges, and deviations to project management.
Assist in preparing handover documents, as-built records, and QA/QC files.
