Job Description

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise and execute all finishing works such as plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, doors/windows, and external facade as per approved drawings and specifications.

Ensure that all works are carried out as per quality standards and safety norms.

Coordinate with different subcontractors and ensure work progress as per the project schedule.

2. Coordination

Coordinate daily with Architects, Consultants, MEP, and Civil teams to resolve technical and design issues at site.

Ensure smooth sequencing of activities to avoid rework and delays.

Attend regular site coordination meetings and report progress updates.

3. Quality Control

Check workmanship and ensure that materials used conform to approved samples and specifications.

Conduct inspection of finishing items (tiles, paint, false ceiling, fixtures, etc.) before and after installation.

Prepare snag lists and ensure rectification before client/consultant inspections.

4. Measurement & Documentation

Prepare and verify daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and subcontractor measurement sheets.

Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and work completion stages.

Support billing team with quantities and measurement data for client and subcontractor bills.

5. Material Management

Ensure timely material requisition as per work schedule.

Verify material quality and quantity received at site.

Coordinate with procurement and stores for delivery, storage, and issuance of finishing materials.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

Ensure all safety norms are followed during finishing activities.

Maintain clean and organized work areas for smooth execution and client visits.

7. Handover & Inspection

Prepare finishing checklists and assist in final handover of units to clients.

Conduct joint inspections with QA/QC and consultant teams.

Ensure all finishing defects are rectified before final approval.

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
