Key Responsibilities:

Single point accountability for project delivery.

Site execution through contractors with Safety, Quality and Time.

Co-ordination with Client, Associates, Contractors and any stake holders

Thorough knowledge of Contract Management.

Preparation of Weekly & Monthly report in Excel & PPT

Chair meetings and maintain focus on the meeting purpose -ensure all actions and items are recorded and issued in minute format and proactively monitor completion

Identifies project delivery resources required from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

Carry out the tasks relevant to your specialization to the extent as described and requested by the Project Manager/Director

Inspection of site, assess the project, prepare measurements, Prepare BOQ with detailed specifications.

Attend Project Review meetings, Weekly meetings, Strategic meetings as required by Client / Project Manager / Director

Site work done measurements physical checking, Certification of running bills of contractors and closure of Extra items.

Participate in clients meeting as required by Project Manager / Director along with our team or on behalf of our Project team

To take care of basic MEP works at site, as per the requirement of Client expectation.

Co-ordinating with all other agencies deployed by owner directly or indirectly as required

Preparation of Project closure / any other reports in PPT as required by Project Manager / Director

Make use of contractors to prepare WMS and have it scrutinized and issue for execution on approval of Project Manager/Director / Client / Architect.

Create project schedule and have it followed for reporting.

Provide your expert feedback, comments on various project related aspects.

Help in arranging the meetings, data collection, review and site visits for the project within your specialization, specific area/region and zone of influence.

Provide input to project team and prepare report/presentation/document as requested by Project Manager/Director.

Education Qualification:

Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Civil

Experience level: 3-5 years of experience in real estate industry

Skills: Should be fluent in MS Office, MS Project, should understand Contract Management, AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
