Job Description

- The incumbent would take the ownership of the finishing work of any large project of the company.

- The incumbent should have relevant finishing experience in High rise Buildings etc.

- The person should have very strong Finishing background with eye to detail and should have expertise in residential & commercial buildings finishing work and be able to lead the finishing team at the site.

- Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.

- Should be conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols pertaining to finishing execution.

- A self-motivated /go getter, result oriented person.

- Good interpersonal skill & a team player.

- Knowledge of High Rise Residential well conversant with requirements of Real Estate / Construction sector is a must

Key Skills:

- B.E/B. Tech in Civil engineering

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Finishing Works of large scale Construction Projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?284,380.54 - ?1,228,189.41 per year
