Oversee daily site operations related to all finishing works for residential & commercial buildings.
Execute and monitor works such as plastering, putty, painting, tiling, marble/granite fixing, carpentry, HVAC/MEP finishing coordination, waterproofing, facade finishing, false ceiling, and final interior works.
Supervise contractors, skilled labor, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all finishing works align with approved drawings and specifications.
2. Quality Control
Ensure the highest quality standards for all finishing materials and workmanship.
Prepare and update snag lists; ensure timely rectification.
Perform quality checks at every stage, including pre-finishing and final finishing.
Approve work samples, mock-ups, and material quality before execution.
3. Coordination & Planning
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, MEP teams, and project managers.
Prepare and manage finishing schedules for multiple sites.
Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely work execution.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain DPRs, quality checklists, and work progress trackers.
Provide weekly updates on work progress, delays, and site requirements.
Assist in verifying contractor bills and BOQs related to finishing works.
Document material usage, wastage, and inventory at site.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all finishing activities adhere to safety guidelines and site safety standards.
Identify safety risks and ensure corrective measures.
Maintain compliance with company and statutory regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience
in finishing works across residential and commercial projects.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, execution methods, and finishing standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Strong eye for detail and quality control.
Preferred Experience
Experience with premium residential developments and commercial offices/showrooms.
Prior experience with real estate developers or large construction firms.
Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel tracking, etc.).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
