Job Description

The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and quality delivery of interior and finishing works at project sites. This role requires coordination with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects with premium quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow. Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager. Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover. Manage materials planning, inventory & ensure minimal wastage. Validate quality of materials delivered at site. Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay. Assist in BOQ verification, cost control & bill checking of contractors. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.

Skills Required
