Job Description

Responsible for manages and supervises all interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring high quality, adherence to architectural drawings/specs, and timely project completion within budget, handling tasks from masonry, tiling, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, to facade works, while coordinating with architects, contractors, and managing materials and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Execution:

Oversee daily finishing activities like plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, waterproofing, and cladding.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations through regular inspections and audits.

Coordination:

Liaise with architects, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop work schedules, plan manpower, and monitor progress against timelines.

Material Management:

Coordinate material procurement, manage inventory, and ensure quality of received materials.

Technical Expertise:

Interpret drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and specifications, providing technical guidance and resolving site issues.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
