SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder will be responsible for all finishing activities like Gypsum, Tiling, Painting, Water proofing, Doors, Windows etc in minimum 5 towers of high rise building. The role holder should be capable of executing and commissioning the works as per specifications safety and quality norms.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Responsible for all finishing activities like Gypsum, Tiling, Painting, Water proofing, Doors, Windows etc in minimum 5 towers
Perform regular inspection on all raw materials and supervise installation of the same.
Manage and perform tests on various materials like Tiling, Granite, Gypsum, Bondit, Aluminum section, Glass etc
Supervise all finishing work and ensure certification of all finishing contractor bills.
Supervise all finishing works with required safety norms.
MIS reporting - daily, weekly & monthly reports etc.
Ensure speed and quality in execution
Co-ordinate with Architect, consultants, contractors to ensure smooth and regular works
To keep records of all client supplied materials, make timely PR's, carry out reconciliations etc
Guiding team of supervisors to ensure timely completion of works as per schedule and with the best quality.
The above list of responsibilities is just a frame work and not inclusive of all possible responsibilities which might crop out during practical work .

Construction Progress- Finishing
- Execution of various finishing activities of Towers
- Responsibility of all finishing work to complete within timeline and with good quality.
- Strategic management to achieve maximum output.
- Staff management, Micro planning and assist to junior staff to achieve milestone.
- Maintaining necessary records like JMR, DPR etc.
- To ensure maximum productivity.
- Monitoring work as per approved methodology. 25%
Coordination with Consultant , Design team and Contracts team to ensure seamless flow of work.
- To co-ordinate with Architects, consultants & contractor team to solve discrepancies in work, drawing and methodologies, if any for smooth working.
- Regular update with in house departmental Staff, Inform respective departments well in advance about the requirement of the site. - Regular follow up with contracts and billing team to issue work order time and timely billing 25%
Billing, SAP, Cost saving in execution.
- Certifying contractors bill, Quantity surveying of various civil and finishing activities for ordering process, Raising PR, Service entries & material reservation in SAP, Avoid rework, Work with minimum wastage of tiles and other material 25%
Quality & safety
- All activities to be executed maintaining proper quality and safety.
- Monitoring site and instruct to all stake holders regarding safety of labours.
- Identify unsafe activities and guide contractors to implement.
- Maintain quality as per approved methodology. 25%

Education Qualification Dip./ B.E Civil
Technical & Professional Knowledge required
(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW) Should be a Dip / BE - Civil having experience in execution of all type of finishing works
Experience required
(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Must have 10-12 years of experience
Ability to study detail AutoCAD drawings related to Finishes & Blockwork
Should be capable of executing and commissioning the works as per specifications safety and quality norms.
Should be able to coordinate with technical and commercial team members and resolve issues.
Should have worked in a similar role in the recent previous tenure.
