Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Finishing and Interior Supervisor/Architect to join our real estate firm. As the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day Interior operations of the Building, Flats, etc. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and support the overall success of our real estate operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design

: Conceptualizing a design theme and material palette, and creating detailed 2D or 3D plans, drawings, and models

Building regulations

: Ensuring that the building meets building regulations and is up to code.

Construction

: Managing the construction process, and overseeing the delivery and installation of materials and items

Coordination

: Coordinating the purchase of furniture, lighting, and building materials

Supervision

: Supervising the finishing of that flat. Supervising construction workers, inspectors, and various designers

Structural changes

: Identifying and proposing structural changes to the interior layout

Building services

: Optimizing and mapping out building services like plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and mechanical

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, real estate, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. 3-4 years experience required in real estate firm.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
