Finished Goods Blending Head

Job Summary:

The Finished Goods Blending Head is responsible for overseeing the blending of spices, spice mixes, and extracted oils to meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production targets. This role ensures precise formulation, consistency in flavor and aroma, and compliance with food safety regulations, while optimizing efficiency and minimizing wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the blending operations for finished goods, ensuring adherence to approved recipes and batch formulations. Coordinate with Quality Control, R&D, and Procurement teams to ensure raw materials meet blending requirements. Supervise blending staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with

, and other relevant food safety and quality standards. Oversee calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of blending equipment to prevent contamination and downtime. Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and inventory logs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance blending efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve product consistency. Troubleshoot blending issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure safe working practices and adherence to company health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in spice processing, oil extraction, or food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of spice blending techniques, oil infusion processes, and flavor profile management. Familiarity with industrial blending equipment and automation systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
