Job Title Finished Formulation Export Managers (Africa, LATAM/CIS regions)
Location Ahmedabad (Travelling will be a part of your role)
Experience - 6 - 10 years
Qualification - B. Pharma or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing
Work timings - 10AM - 7PM (5 days working) - flexible working hours are allowed
Reporting to - Director
Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the finished formulation business in the mentioned region.

• Manage existing distribution networks and identify new market opportunities.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for product launches and promotions.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for finished formulations.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Flexibility to work as per geographical time zone when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B. Pharma or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing.

• 6-10 years of experience in international finished formulation sales, specifically in the African region.

• Strong understanding of African pharmaceutical markets and distribution channels.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for finished formulations in Africa.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
