Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for jewelry, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting fine jewellery as per their style, occasion, and budget. Provide detailed product knowledge on diamonds, gold, and gemstones. Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Handle billing, payment processing, and POS operations. Maintain visual merchandising, displays, and overall store hygiene. Build long-term customer relationships through after-sales service and follow-ups. Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, collections, and market knowledge. Support in-store promotions, events, and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree must Previous retail experience preferred (jewelry sales is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented. Customer service oriented Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

Negotiable, with attractive incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
