Job Description

The Fine Arts Teacher will be responsible for developing students' artistic skills, creativity, and appreciation for visual arts. The role includes delivering engaging lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, and other art techniques while fostering an encouraging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach fine arts subjects across assigned grade levels as per the school curriculum. Plan and deliver creative and structured lesson plans focused on visual arts. Introduce students to various art techniques, styles, history, and mediums. Encourage self-expression and creativity through hands-on learning. Prepare students for art exhibitions, competitions, and cultural events. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Maintain an organized and safe art classroom, including materials and equipment. Coordinate and display student artwork on campus and during events. Support cross-curricular collaborations through themed art projects. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor/Master's degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Applied Arts or related field. Bachelor of Education is required. Prior experience teaching fine arts in a school/educational institution preferred. Strong artistic portfolio demonstrating wide knowledge of art mediums and styles. Proficiency in drawing, painting, sculpture & craft-based activities.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
