We are looking for a

multi-disciplinary Artist/Designer

with strong

fine art skills and hands-on abilities

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in

clay modelling, sculpting, and material experimentation

, with the versatility to work across scales, mediums, and styles. While knowledge of digital tools is a plus, this role emphasises

practical, tactile, and material-based artistry

.

Key Responsibilities

Create sculptures, models, and prototypes using clay, plaster, silicone, resins, PU, and other materials. Execute fine art techniques with precision--sculpting, form-building, and finishing. Translate conceptual sketches into 3D tangible outcomes. Work across artistic styles: hyper-realistic, realistic, and stylised. Collaborate with the fabrication team on mould-making, casting, mechanised builds, wearables, and prosthetics. Experiment with materials, textures, and finishes to achieve desired results. Contribute to design ideation while taking ownership of physical execution.

Skills & Requirements

Strong foundation in

fine arts

--sculpting, drawing, form, proportion. good knowledge in

clay modelling and sculpting

. Experience with fabrication processes, mould-making, and material handling. Multi-disciplinary approach to working across mediums. Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, experimental attitude. Familiarity with digital tools (3D modelling, laser cutting, 3D printing) is an advantage, but not essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on diverse projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
