Purpose of Function: \xc2\xb7 Planning course material and activities \xc2\xb7 Conducting Offline class \xc2\xb7 Assessing the students \xe2\x80\x98progress \xc2\xb7 Encouraging good attendance and participation Key Tasks: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for teaching Art/Painting as a subject in the allotted classes as per allotted timetable. \xc2\xb7 Encourage the development of critical thinking skills \xc2\xb7 Prepare instructional aids and additional teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs \xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting assessment, marking attendance and evaluating students \xc2\xb7 Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Personal qualities required \xc2\xb7 Preferred Educational Qualifications: BFA/MFA and certifications in Art. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience as a Art & Craft teacher, preferably within a similar environment. \xc2\xb7 Good in teaching technology to match the new teaching methodology.
