KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Should handle L1 / L2 Support for Business Users / Regional IT Users Good Understanding of OCWMS modules such as Inventory, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Order Management, Replenishments, system integration and task management Play an important role in the day-to-day operations and support of OCWMS cloud Application Should be able to replicate issues based on the steps provided by Users Should be able to perform User / Role / Groups / Screens Administration Troubleshoot and resolve OCWMS issues related to configuration, integration, planning, rates, agents, workflows, and automation Support end users by addressing functional queries, performing data corrections, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Raise & work on SRs with Oracle in case of any Application downtime / functional issues On need basis, should be able to support in Business Unit's operating hours, spanning across AMR, India Regions Organize, execute and support in Regression, integration, and user acceptance tests
