Training Coordination & Execution Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance data.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with participants.
Support in delivering internal training sessions or onboarding programs as required.
Maintain attendance records and ensure smooth execution of both in-person and virtual sessions. Content & Program Management
Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Support in curating learning resources (videos, articles, assessments) for internal learning platforms.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors for specialized programs. Evaluation & Reporting
Collect post-training feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
Maintain training dashboards, MIS reports, and documentation of employee learning progress.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on training metrics and ROI. Learning Operations & Administration
Manage training-related documentation, such as nominations, attendance, and completion certificates.
Support in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring data accuracy.
Handle communication related to upcoming trainings, nominations, and feedback collection. Continuous Improvement & Engagement
Suggest improvements to existing training processes and initiatives.
Support in organizing employee engagement, knowledge-sharing, and skill enhancement events.
Stay updated with the latest L&D trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Training, L&D, or HR operations (Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may be considered).
Experience with virtual training tools (Zoom, G Meet, etc.) preferred. Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
