Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery. System Architecture: Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot. Development: Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members, actively participating in software development tasks. Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team. Code Reviews: Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team as needed. Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions for future reference. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless project execution. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes. - Professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful

APIs.

- Proficiency in database design and SQL.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

- Proficiency with Source Control:

BitBucket/GIT, Subversion (SVN), Perforce, or similar.

- Must possess good leadership skills and have ability to lead a team of 3-5 developers.
