Job Description

Installation: Install and configure electrical components for home automation systems, including smart lighting, audio/video, security, and environmental controls. Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with complex electrical and automation systems to ensure optimal performance. System Integration: Integrate and configure various automation platforms using protocols like KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, and Wi-Fi. Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and design documents for electrical and automation systems.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations and maintenance adhere to relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshooting: Use appropriate testing devices to diagnose and resolve problems within electrical and home automation systems. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. Project Coordination: Collaborate with other professionals and vendors as needed to complete projects.

Qualifications

Education: A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation is beneficial. Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining home automation systems. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with home automation equipment. Proficiency with specific automation protocols ( Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, etc).



Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routers, and switches. Knowledge of different test equipment.
