Role Overview

You'll be the financial backbone of our multi-brand ecosystem--managing accounts, ensuring compliance, optimizing cash flow, and enabling growth. This role demands precision, ownership, and the ability to juggle multiple entities with clarity.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations across all four brands Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements Handle GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances Manage vendor payments, payroll processing, and reconciliations Prepare monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and tax consultants Implement financial controls and process improvements Support leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in retail, fashion, or D2C brands Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks Ability to manage multiple entities and reporting structures Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Bonus Skills

Experience with inventory accounting and POS integrations Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
