The Change Management B30 Analyst role for the Systems Change Office is a critical role in Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization (FRQA) within Corporate Controllership, in support of the Regulatory Reporting Automation program. This role is responsible for driving the upliftment of the Finance Change Assessment Tool (FinCAT) for Change Management activities which includes gathering requirements, analysis, and system maintenance of changes for FinCAT.
The analyst must be a collaborator, a well-organized, action-oriented individual. This role will require strong collaboration with Technology and various teams across finance, to understand and build FinCAT tool for managing Change requests and analytics.
The Change Management team oversees key processes that support new data and regulatory requirements that introduce change into our regulatory reporting automation and financial systems landscape, coordinating and orchestrating these across Controllership Product Owners, Report / Business Owners and Technology teams to determine changes to the maintenance and update of the data solutions (e.g., manual, static and reference tables) with the highest degree of confidence of the data flow and data system requirements or the deactivation / decommission of financial data systems.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible to deliver product increments and continue development of the Finance Change Assessment Tool (FinCAT)
Must be a self-starter, motivated with the ability to work in dynamic environment and be able to adapt to unforeseen obstacles.
Should be able to liaison between Finance and Technology teams to collaborate and manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups in the enterprise.
Responsible for maintaining documentation related to changes to the automated Regulatory Reports and the automation tool.
Responsible to deliver regular status updates on requirements delivery (PI) and backlog prioritization.
Create user stories and work with Finance BPM team to prioritize user stories for development.
Drive UAT across different groups and actively manage changes for FinCAT workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Information Technologies.
3+ years of work experience in driving product development.
Fundamental understanding of Financial Regulatory Reporting.
Experienced with workflow automation.
Proficient in SQL, API's concepts, CI/CD, JBPM, Rally, Python and/or JS and the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficient in HTML and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and proactive, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
Experience in Agile delivery concepts (example:Kanban, Scrum) or other project management methodologies.
A self-starter, proactive team player with excellent relationship building and collaboration skills, facilitating a network of strong relationships across the organization.
Exhibits organizational skills with the ability to meet/exceed critical deadlines and manage multiple priorities, delivering high quality service with passion and exceeding expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Working exposure in development of financial data domains to support regulatory and analytical requirements for large scale banking/financial organizations.
