Role Overview:

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone with over 2 years of experience in finance or accounting who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and

ledger maintenance.

? Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.

? Monitor cash flow, payments, and expenses to ensure financial stability.

? Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and KPIs for management.

? Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

? Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.

? Collaborate with leadership on financial strategies to optimize costs, revenues, and

profitability.

? Implement and maintain financial systems and tools for efficiency.

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
? Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and statutory
compliance.
? Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
? Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
