Job Description

1. Loan Sales Performance

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets Sell multiple loan products including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property Focus on high-quality approvals and revenue generation Maintain balanced performance across banks and products

2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition



Generate self-sourced leads through open market and referral channels Approach customers in residential areas, offices, corporates, and marketplaces Build a referral network for repeat business Convert leads into approved loan applications

3. Customer Interaction and Financial Advisory



Understand customer financial needs, eligibility, and repayment capacity Explain product features, interest rates, EMI, tenure, and charges clearly Recommend the most suitable loan product and lender Maintain ethical and transparent sales practices

4. Documentation and Compliance



Collect and verify complete KYC, income, and property documents Ensure eligibility as per bank, NBFC, and DSA guidelines Avoid fake, incomplete, or non-compliant documentation Follow regulatory and internal compliance standards

5. Follow Ups and Case Management



Follow up with customers for pending documents and verifications Track applications from submission to approval and disbursement Coordinate with credit, operations, and bank teams to close cases

6. Field Activity and Market Coverage



Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas Identify high-potential locations and customer segments Maintain strong market presence and visibility

7. Reporting and MIS



Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports Update CRM or tracking sheets accurately Track pipeline, approvals, rejections, and disbursements

8. Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and NBFC partners Act as escalation point for critical customer issues Support smooth coordination between field and operations

9. Brand Representation and Ethics



Represent company and lender brands professionally Ensure ethical sales practices and avoid mis-selling Maintain customer trust and satisfaction
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
