We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to drive sales of financial products by meeting new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for financial products like fixed deposits, insurance, and investments
Meet walk-in customers and follow up on referrals to generate leads
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products
Ensure complete documentation and follow the defined sales process
Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and servicing
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sales service
Stay updated on product features and market trends
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
Graduate or MBA with at least 1 year of sales or financial services experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
