Job Summary

A leading Life Insurance organization is seeking skilled and customer-oriented professionals for the Financial Service role. The position involves generating business through bank branches, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. This is a sales-driven role that includes field meetings (no door-to-door selling).

Key Responsibilities

Sell life insurance products through assigned bank branches Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff Understand customer financial requirements and offer suitable solutions Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and ensure smooth policy processing Provide post-sale service and support Achieve monthly business and productivity targets Maintain compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor offerings
