Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify, approach, and onboard potential customers across assigned territories. Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationships. Present tailored financial solutions to clients across corporate and SME segments. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or banking. Strong understanding of financial products and loan structures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per month
