Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Research Associate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and preparing reports based on P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and capital/operational expenditure data (CAPEX & OPEX). This role requires strong research capabilities and a deep understanding of financial reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends in OPEX (Operating Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenditures).
Research industry benchmarks and company performance metrics for internal comparisons.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to support budgeting and financial planning.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in financial data reporting and documentation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field .
Proven knowledge of financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Experience or understanding of CAPEX & OPEX budgeting and tracking.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
