We're looking for Financial Representative, Travel and Operations to join our Travel team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Travel and Operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Ensuring travel plans comply with company budget and policies while maintaining accurate records
• Reviewing and processing travel-related invoices/statements for Accounts Payable
• Preparing MIS reports to track spending against budget and validate travel charges
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Tourism)
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• IATA certification if possessed would be an added advantage
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
