Job Summary: We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting audit activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS/IND AS), GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation and responding to queries. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting (MIS). Maintain accuracy in financial data entry and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and timely reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or ERP). Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), GST, and TDS. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance (desirable but not mandatory). Experience with audit coordination and MIS reporting.
