Job Summary

We are looking for a

Copack Planning Contractor

to support the

Manager - Copack Planning

in financial reporting, forecasting, and operational planning across 17+ copackers in India. The role will be responsible for month-end closure, MIS preparation, productivity tracking, and financial evaluations for new and existing copackers.

Responsibilities

Support month-end closure activities for Copack plants. Prepare Copack MIS and presentations for financial/business reviews. Assist in financial evaluation of new and existing copackers, including ROI and feasibility assessments. Support procurement in contract negotiations for cost efficiency. Prepare and review monthly copacker financials, ensuring accuracy and corrective actions where required. Assist in monthly forecasting and ensure adherence through strong review mechanisms. Track productivity performance vs. AOP and prepare MIS reports. Support FP&A team in preparing cash flow AOP and quarterly forecasts. Partner with copack plants and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Requirements

Semi-qualified CA with

1-3 years of experience

(preferably in FMCG). Experience in

Audit, Accounting, and Controls

. Proficiency in

SAP

and

Advanced MS Excel

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, with solid communication skills (verbal & written).
