Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Financial Reporting Specialist

with strong analytical skills and excellent communication. The ideal candidate should be a

CA-qualified professional

with at least

2 years of post-qualification experience

in financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to management and regulatory authorities. Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel, financial tools, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
