We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Financial Reporting Analyst

to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of revenue and expenses, maintaining data integrity, and providing leadership with insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial reporting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience with ERP/BI tools and SQL. This is a

US EST hours (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri, 45 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports for leadership and business partners. Prepare accurate and timely ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested. Ensure reporting outputs align with internal standards and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver dashboards and data views. Extract and reconcile financial data from multiple sources (ERP, BI tools, databases, etc.). Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems while ensuring data accuracy, coding, and classifications. Monitor recurring reporting deadlines and ensure timely deliverables. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with revenue and expense analysis. Standardize and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Prior experience in

FP&A, revenue accounting, or operational finance

. Proficiency in

SQL

or other database query tools for data extraction. Strong experience with

ERP/BI tools

and financial reporting systems. Proven ability to automate and improve reporting processes. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
