Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Preparation of Financials:

oPrepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAPstandards.
oAnalyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances andopportunities for improvement.
oPrepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.

2.Research on GAAP related technical query:

oConduct research on GAAP related technical queries including US GAAP, IFRS,and Ind AS.
oStay up-to-date with changes and updates to GAAP standards.
oProvide guidance and support to the team on GAAP related technical queries.

3.Preparation of Memos for technical query:

oPrepare clear and concise memos outlining the technical query, research conducted and recommendations.
oCommunicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure understanding and agreement on technical query and recommendations.

4.Independent Client Management:

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.
oIdentify opportunities to expand services and enhance client satisfaction.
oManage client expectations and provide timely and accurate responses toclient inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

oCAs only.o2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field.
oStrong knowledge of GAAP standards, including US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.
oExcellent research and analytical skills.
oStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
oAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
oAttention to detail and accuracy.
oStrong client management and relationship building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
