Job Title- IB FRM Location- Mumbai Role Description Overview of team: IB FRM sits under the broader IB CFO Strategy & planning and focused on analysis and planning of risk , balance sheet ,liquidity and funding ( Financial Resource Management) The team provides decision support on areas of resource allocation through planning and forecasting of RWA , Leverage Exposure , Liquidity and funding , analysis/reporting as well as regulatory support Major work deliverables produced by the team on a regular basis include:

• Monthly flash and forecast process
• Analysis of financial position through business commentary and deep dives
• Support preparation of material for IB ALCO , to highlight key issues and help translation into actionable mitigation plan
• Own and operationalise the strategic plan ( for financial resources)
• Support the Countermeasure and recovery planning exercise, through preparation of MI and business engagement
• Perform several ad- hoc return analysis and portfolio deep dives
• Monitor and track risk specific parameters and ad- hoc analysis as appropriate
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Your key responsibilities

• Support drive and evolve the Countermeasures and Recovery planning capacity within the Mumbai team
• Contribute in the overall team’s workflow – ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and on a timely basis
• Perform meaningful analysis , to highlight issues and help decision support through actionable outcomes
• Partner with several other teams to maintain high level business commentary
• Assist in analysis of internal/external data based on ad-hoc requests received from senior management
• Understanding of BASEL accord and regulatory developments is highly desirable

Your skills and experience

• 8-12 years of work experience
• Competence with spreadsheets and presentations
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, commitment & interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good multitasking skills
• Handle work pressure and organise tasks in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• FP&A background / work experience will be preferred (though not compulsory)
• Post Graduate, preferably in business or other quantitative field (CA, CWA, MBA etc)
