Additional information can be found at .SummaryThe finance project manager plays a key role in managing procurement workflows, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external clients or vendors. This position is responsible for supporting financial accuracy, tracking service delivery against SLAs, and assisting with reporting and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and billing operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Triage incoming requests, prioritizing based on urgency, relevance, and completeness before further processing.xc2xb7 Review requests for financial accuracy, ensuring currency and tax details are correct prior to VC approval.xc2xb7 Enter Purchase Orders (POs) accurately into Quickbase and SharePoint systems.xc2xb7 Act as a liaison between internal teams (GP) and the client to resolve procurement and finance-related queries.xc2xb7 Assign incoming procurement requests to the appropriate team members or systems in a timely manner.xc2xb7 Monitor and track service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure deadlines and performance targets are consistently met.xc2xb7 Support the preparation of the (CSR) report, collating relevant vendor and purchasing data.xc2xb7 Follow up with vendors to track and close out open POs, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.xc2xb7 Coordinate timely billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing to the clientxc2xb7 Chase overdue invoices with the NN finance team and support resolution of any outstanding payment issues.xc2xb7 Verify client approval for vendor invoices before final processing and payment.Person SpecificationRequirementsxc2xb7 Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial data, tax, and currency validation.xc2xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.xc2xb7 Effective communicator, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors or clients.xc2xb7 Proficient in using business systems such as Quickbase, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.xc2xb7 Experience in procurement, finance, or vendor management is desirable.xc2xb7 Problem-solving mindset, able to follow up and resolve issues with minimal supervision.xc2xb7 Team player who is reliable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across departments.xc2xb7 Commitment to meeting SLAs and maintaining high-quality service standards.With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
