Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Pitch and sell life insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other investment products.
Assist customers in opening Demat accounts and guide them through the KYC process.
2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Provide customized financial advice based on clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews of their portfolios.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries related to financial products.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all transactions.
Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies for all financial services.
Keep up to date with new product offerings, market trends, and SEBI/IRDAI guidelines.
4. Reporting & Targets
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, leads generated, and conversions.
Report performance metrics to the team leader/manager.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, etc.)
Good communication and persuasion skills.Client-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
Sales-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong interest in finance may apply)
Certification (preferred): NISM Mutual Fund/IRDA License (or willing to obtain post joining
