As our FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in turning financial data into actionable insight. You will lead our MIS reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts -- enabling the organization to stay focused on its goals while ensuring financial discipline and clarity.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn MIS reporting: Build and deliver management reports that provide visibility into business performance, enabling leadership to track progress against organizational goals. Lead budgeting and forecasting: Manage the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning, ensuring alignment with Zocket's strategic roadmap. Develop advanced financial models: Create dynamic models for growth projections, cash flow, cost optimization, and fundraising scenarios. Support cost and investment decisions: Partner with business leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive ROI analysis, unit economics, and cost efficiency. Board and investor reporting: Prepare high-quality materials for monthly/quarterly reviews, board meetings, and investor updates. Enable strategic initiatives: Assist with due diligence, fundraising, pricing strategies, and evaluation of GTM investments. Leverage AI-powered finance tools: Apply AI and automation tools (e.g., Planful, Datarails, Pigment, or similar platforms) to streamline reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Champion process improvement: Recommend enhancements that improve financial rigor, accuracy, and speed of reporting.


What We're Looking ForMBA in Finance or an equivalent finance-related degree is mandatory CA qualification is a strong advantage 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance (startup or high-growth environment exposure is preferred) Strong expertise in financial modeling, MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with AI-powered financial planning tools (e.g., Planful, Datarails, Pigment) is highly desirable Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders High ownership, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
