Skill - Financial Planning & Analysis
Role - Team Member
Overall Experience: 4-8 Years
Location : Kolkata
Shift - 3 am to 1 pm



Key Skills:




Prepare and gather data to support development of financial assessments and scenario analysis Create Budget, Forecast and annual planning Prepare Financial Models Providing and interpreting financial Information Regular Financial reporting and Metrics Exposure to Financial Analysis Review and analysis of Financial Data, P&L review and variance analysis Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions Doing trade reporting and Various MIS reports





Key Responsibilities:

Systems -


Develop a moderate level of proficiency in the following systems:

MS Office suite.

Advanced Excel, Macros & MS access database creation

Good exposure in tools (SAP, Peoplesoft, Essbase, Hyperion, Power BI, Business planning consolidation tool, etc)


VNA & Language -


Have fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. Can interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner


Soft skills -


Shows genuine empathy to customers experiencing connection difficulties. Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under pressure Actively identifies customer cues and responds appropriately Able to communicate effectively across a group with diverse backgrounds. Analytical skills -

Business acumen -



4-7+ years of experience preferably into Commercial Finance / FPNA Business case decision support Knowledge of SOX Compliance and requirements knowledge of Financial Modelling Candidate should be ready to work in ANZ shift Should possess positive attitude to support the business Should be flexible for working hours Advance excel knowledge is mandatory. 5 days' work from office is mandatory
