Domain Knowledge:

Fundamentals Concepts of Budgeting and Forecasting. Variance analysis. Analytical Skill. Month-end / Quarter-end close activities and reconciliation Stakeholder Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and maintain master data Preparation of the 5 Year Business Plan, Yearly Planning etc. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Forecast. Provide variance analysis of costs , revenue, Headcounts ect. Prepare Shareholder Reporting/ Dashboard/Packs. Produce other reporting. Adhoc activities as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance. Min 5 years of experience in Planning and Forecasting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concept. Hands-on experience in MS Excel (Advance Excel Formulas) Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / S4HANA) preferred Good verbal and written communication skills
