Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will engage in a variety of tasks that drive performance and strategic analysis within the organization. Your typical day will involve identifying and addressing financial or operational concerns, while providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes related to the profitability and overall financial health of the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and that the organization remains on a path of sustainable growth. Roles & Responsibilities: -Work with delivery leads and account leadership to build FY budgets -Report monthly on financial performance against Plan - Scrutinize actual costs each month and ensure we have traceability to where each cost item is being recovered - Build capability to report on monthly CCI at more granular levels in order to focus leadership on specific problem areas - Work in unison with account CFM team to ensure cohesion in reporting Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting and Forecasting. -Collaborate with client to educate and align FinOps processes -Collaborate with Commercial Operations on the deployment of TBM and FinOps tool -Established a shared FinOps process that allows both organizations to align on cloud analytics -Design and deploy internal FinOps processes for SDO and Commercial operations Educational Qualification UG :BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any Specialization Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Financial Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
